Richard James spent 30 years in the corporate world running recruitment companies. He holds a degree in Mathematical Economics but comes from a family of builders.

A lifelong DIY fanatic he has renovated multiple houses in England, Northern Ireland and Spain.

Now based in Southbourne (SoBo), where he grew up, he has embarked on supporting people with their properties who are either time poor, skill poor, energy poor or have run out of patience with a project or problem.

You’ll find Rich enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly punctual and honest. He’ll say NO if it’s not something he can help with or requires a specialist trade such as gas engineer or electrician but will often know someone that can help. He also works closely with a hand-full of respected builders who will refer him for small jobs and vice-versa.
